Technical System

Our 3D modular steel structure system features hot-dip galvanized steel frames with precision CNC manufacturing. Each module is a fully customized building unit designed according to project-specific requirements, integrating structural frame, insulation, internal and external finishes, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems that are pre-installed in the factory. All modules are engineered and produced to comply with the building codes of different countries and regions.
Modules are connected via high-strength bolted connections, enabling rapid and precise on-site assembly with simplified construction procedures and no on-site welding required.

Standard Light Steel Panelized Wall System

Composed of lightweight steel framing combined with high-performance insulation, sheathing boards, and customizable exterior and interior finishes. Panels are pre-cut, pre-drilled and pre-assembled in the factory with precisely reserved openings for windows, doors and utilities. Produced to comply with building codes of different countries, the panels are installed on-site with mechanical fasteners and structural adhesives for stable connection.

Magnesium Reinforced + Steel Panelized Wall System

A 2D functional inorganic wall panel compounded by magnesium-based materials and cold-formed thin-walled steel through foam molding technology. This integrated panel is applicable as load-bearing walls for low-rise and mid-rise buildings, as well as internal and external infill walls for high-rise buildings, and can be directly used for the construction of low-rise houses and small and medium-sized mid-rise houses. All production and design meet the relevant building code requirements of different regions.

Technical System

Our 2D concrete building formwork is a lightweight and high-rigidity permanent formwork system, composed of cement fiber boards, PVC spacers and aluminum profiles to form a hollow panel structure. The system is designed for on-site concrete pouring, and after the concrete is cured, the formwork becomes an integral part of the finished building structure, serving as both the formwork for construction and the permanent protection and finish layer of the concrete structure.
The whole system is flexibly designed and produced to comply with the building codes of different countries and regions, and is applicable to the construction of concrete walls, columns and beams in various building types.
